For registration errors before the Drop/Add period ends, please either select a different course, or contact the instructor to request an override.

This form is submitted by the student. The student then receives an email copy of the form, and forwards to the email address of the instructor/departmental contact.
Students: check your UNCG inbox for a copy of the form submission. You will need to forward this email to the instructor/departmental contact.
The instructor/departmental contact then completes the request by forwarding their response to [email protected]
